• Support receiving operations by verifying quantity and quality of incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips
• Prepare product identification tags for all inbound shipments
• Assist in packaging and dispatching customer orders in a timely manner
• Perform data entry for shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions using company systems
• Process inventory movements.
• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups according to customer requirements
• Ensure all shipments are completed, closed, and invoiced on time
• Handle government or special orders, including required system entries and invoicing
• Generate basic operational or shipment reports when required
• Cross-support warehouse functions and assist in team training where necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Participate in EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) activities
Diploma or above in Accounting/Business or relevant experience. Experience with invoicing or ERP systems preferred. Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Basic Excel knowledge. Good communication skills.
