Properly selects, packages, loads and ships material to those facilities performing repairs on the Company's fleet and to ensure that all material is correctly identified, held in safe keeping, and accurate quantities reflected in the system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Properly packs and ships customer orders.
• Incumbent safely and efficiently organizes, handles, and stores material.
• Responsibilities for inventory and system accuracy are met by properly reviewing all material documents and identifying and communicating all discrepancies.
• Operates forklift and completes certification for its use as well as providing equipment maintenance.
• Safety requirements for individual and facility must be maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Forklift operation certification required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

General warehouse environment; may be required to travel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit (remain stationary within work area) and use hands to finger, handle, feel and reach. The employee is occasionally required to move about (stand, walk). The employee must occasionally lift and/or transport up to 40 pounds. Correctable vision required for close, distance, and color vision capabilities.
