Material Scheduler Section Head
You will lead the materials scheduling team at our Egypt site. You will deliver accurate materials plans and ensure on-time availability for production. You will work closely with production schedulers, procurement, warehouse, quality and suppliers. Basic Qualification:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in materials scheduling, planning or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems for ordering and inventory.
- Strong Excel skills and basic data analysis ability.
- Good written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.
- Able to work on-site; role is on-site in Egypt with occasional hybrid flexibility depending on site needs.
Preferred Qualification:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, regulated or FMCG manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality systems.
- Familiarity with planning concepts such as safety stock, lead time, and capacity planning.
- Experience with MRP optimization, vendor managed inventory or consignment stock projects.
- Certifications in supply chain or planning (APICS, CSCP or equivalent).
- Experience using SAP SNP-APO, ECC or other advanced planning tools
