Job Description

HRSI is looking for Material Scheduler for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and extract purchase requisitions for raw and packaging materials to ensure timely ordering.
• Place purchase orders with vendors and suppliers on time.
• Coordinate with Procurement for pricing, incoterms, source, and payment terms before order placement.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for Quality Information Records, Purchase Information Records, and Vendor Master Data updates, where required.
• Follow up regularly with vendors on shipments and validate all required shipping documents.
• Coordinate with clearance, warehousing, and planning teams for shipment and material updates.
• Highlight shipment delays to relevant stakeholders and work on mitigation plans.
• Review and update departmental SOPs when required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management.

Experience

Fresh graduates or final-semester students who can attend weekend classes are eligible. Internship experience in supply chain management is preferred.
