Job Description

We are seeking a Materials Requirements Planner with 1 to 3 years of experience in planning processes—whether in materials planning, production planning, demand planning, or supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring material availability, supporting production continuity, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage materials planning activities for a designated product category.
  • Ensure timely and accurate supply of local and international materials to support production schedules.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with procurement, quality, logistics, R&D, supply planners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization efforts, including working capital and waste reduction.
  • Track, analyze, and forecast material requirements based on demand signals and production needs.
  • Support the execution of S&OP-related activities when needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of planning data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Prepare and manage essential planning documentation and reports.
  • Identify risks related to material availability and support mitigation actions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Materials planning
    • Production planning
    • Demand planning
    • Supply chain operations
  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Oversee the order management process from order entry to delivery. Lead a team of order management analysts. Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of orders. Resolve complex order related issues and customer complaints. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
