Raytheon is seeking aMaterial Program Manager (MPM) for theirAIM-9X programto belocatedonsitein Tucson, Arizona. This individual contributor role isa great opportunityfor someone looking to work directly with the supply base. This role requires knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process with practical knowledge of project and material management.

In this role,youutilizeyour knowledge of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organizationto lead an MPM team  You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one’s own job function as well as with parties external to the organization and company. You will have the opportunity to leadthe production MPM team,resolveissuesand conflict resolution.

What You Will Do: 

• Overall supply chain ownership ofproductionsuppliers

• Develop and execute strategies to perform and meet the Program’s needs

• Lead robust and challengingschedule conflictsto meet the Program objectives 

• Provideaccurateforecasting and realization of sales andadditionalfinancial metrics

• Commit to obtaining MPM certification after experience in the role

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum8years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum5years experience

• Experience with supply chain and forecasting

• The ability to obtain andmaintaina U.S. government issued security clearance isrequired

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Professional experiencewithProject, Program, Product,Financeand/or Supplier Management

• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word,Exceland Power point) 

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment.

• Must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and programobjectives, and able tointerface withall levels of internal management, supplier management

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to assign theappropriate prioritiesto the many tasks that they willbe requiredto perform

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
