Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Plan and manage production and non-production materials based on MRP, demand forecasts, and production schedules.
Review, release, and adjust supply plans according to demand changes and inventory levels.
Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align material supply with production requirements.
Maintain inventory levels in line with company targets and inventory turnover objectives.
Identify and mitigate material shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving inventory.
Follow up on supplier deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
Coordinate shipment plans with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow.
Support initiatives to reduce logistics costs and premium freight.
Drive continuous improvement in supply planning and inventory control processes.
Participate in material readiness reviews and engineering change implementation activities.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Material Planner, Logistics Engineer, or similar supply chain role.
Strong knowledge of MRP systems, inventory management, and supply planning processes.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Leadership skills and experience managing or coordinating teams.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English and French
