Lesaffre, which is a global reference in the yeast industry with its more than 170 years of accumulated knowledge, has been transmitting its international experience to Turkish bakery industry since 1992.

About the Role
We are looking for a Material Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging, and auxiliary materials to support production plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage material planning processes across multiple production sites, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance. This role can be based in İstanbul, Amasya, or Lüleburgaz
