Job Summary

Summary:

The Material Planning Analyst will be based in Flex GDL South, reporting to Materials Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement and availability of direct materials to support production requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supplier performance.

What a typical day looks like:

• Analyze and load customer demand.
• Prepare and present Clear-to-Build status to internal and external customers.
• Release MRP requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of direct materials.
• Monitor shortages and escalate it to customers, critical inventory, and material availability to support production.
• Track shipments, expedite deliveries when needed, and coordinate logistics activities.
• Maintain inventory control, minimizing excess and obsolete materials.
• Maintain planning & purchasing records, reports, and metrics.
• Review ECOS impacts with internal and external customer

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning management or Materials Management.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing customer relationships and material availability.
