Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role within the Integrated Production Unit (Modular), you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of materials to ensure Business Continuity and supporting IPU leader to define and meet strategic targets based on Supply Chain readiness and constraints.
The work model for this role is hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Business Line Critical Power and Manufacturing Unit Quartino - Smart Power Division, Electrification.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting IPU Leader both in short-term strategic target setting (monthly target) and mid-long term target setting (production volumes increase), triggering IPU requirements to P&F, ensuring material forecast are visible according to business needs.
- Being the first reference for IPU regarding material availability, ensuring business continuity in IPU production lines and tackling any criticality involving any accountable stakeholders needed.
- Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
- Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
- Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications for the role- Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Excel / Office Package
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Material Planning
- Familiar with SAP, PP and MM modules
- Bachelor / Master Degree in relevant fields (i.e. economics, engineering, ) will represent a plus
