- Perform perform Supply Chain transactions for determined legal entities located in Germany.
- Place and Update Purchase Orders;
- Work on coordinating material movements between production units, in order to ensure an optimum production run.
- Demand planning and delivery monitoring;
- Supervise materials stock level in production area and organize returns to Warehouse if necessary;
- Supports the implementation of the company and the plant standards;
- Performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, taking account of the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations and personnel resources, in order to create the conditions for an optimum production sequence.
- Calling down materials, assistance and operating resources, in order to ensure that the material requirements to begin the order are in place at the optimum time.
- Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and forwarding all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
- Monitoring and reporting consignment stock;
- Data collection (internal / external) for analyses;
- Support in Review and update related Supply Chain working instruction documentation as assigned.
Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering;
Good/proficient in Microsoft Excel;
Good Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
SAP or any Procurement ERP System related work experience is preferred;
Experience of working in purchasing and tactical sourcing of direct materials is preferred;
Fluent in German is mandatory;
