This position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the electrification, distribution solution, primary switchgear in Xiamen, China. Main stakeholders are project manager, master planning, production planning, purchasing.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
• Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
• Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
• Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in material management in the distribution solution market
• You have 3 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, sourcing, logistics.
• You are qualified in ERP material management module.
• You are passionate about material management and supplier management.
• You are at ease communicating in English.

工作概述:

负责指定类别物料的计划和控制，制定采购和库存策略，监控物料库存和交付状态，确保物料及时供应和合理库存水平。

主要职责:

• 执行法规以及公司相关流程和程序，确保安全、诚信、合规；
• 基于业务需求和生产计划制定物料需求预测，指导供应商产能规划和备库；
• 制定物料计划和采购策略，计算物料需求、确定安全库存、采购模式、交付和配送方式；
• 负责制定物料分类和库存策略、平衡供应安全和库存水平，负责呆滞物料处理；
• 识别长交期物料提前锁料；项目需求、工程设计变更的物料紧急需求和采购；缺料风险识别、优先级调整，确保快速响应、满足项目交付要求；
• 和供应商达成协议，对价格折扣、产能预留、交期加急、变更取消、包装标识、运输物流等进行约定；
• 有效监控和管理供应商交付绩效，确保供应商及时交付并推动持续改进；
• 进行供应风险评估，制定并实施风险管控措施，包括备用供应商开发、备库、产能预留、物料替代等

知识、技能与经验要求

（一）基本条件

• 本科及以上学历；
• 3年及以上物料计划、采购、物流、供应链管理等相关工作经验

（二）核心技能

• 熟悉至少某一类电气设备主要物料类别（继保、互感器、绝缘件、钣金、铜排铜管等）供应市场和交期；
• 熟悉ERP物料管理模块；
• 良好的数据分析、逻辑思维能力；
• 良好的沟通协调能力；
• 具备英语商务沟通能力
