Job Description

Your Task:

  • Be the gatekeeper for Material Master creation, ensuring the accurate and compliant transfer of material data from PLM systems into ERP systems.
  • Create, maintain, and migrate Material Master records while ensuring adherence to data quality standards.
  • Support data cleansing in an operational context as well as within broader data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Fulfil mass maintenance tasks and contribute to data migration projects, including data preparation and loading.
  • Support the maintenance of business rules within the Material Master Data domain.
  • Work closely to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and availability of master data.
  • Provide timely, consistent master data support to business users from Engineering, Material Management, Finance, Service.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions, to shape up a consistent, replicable way of working.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team, identifying opportunities for process improvement and effective master data management processes.

Your Profile:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Supportive team player with a positive, hands-on attitude.
  • Passionate about learning, sharing knowledge, and achieving success together with the team.
  • Focused on data quality with pragmatic attitude to seek practical solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with strong expertise in SAP HANA and enterprise data management.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration projects, BRF+ rule maintenance, mass data processing and data cleansing activities.
  • Experienced in user support, incident and service request management.
