OUR TEAM
In the Material Industrialization Team, we aim to ensure successful industrialization of material projects by supporting manufacturing plants, managing technical risks, and deploying robust industrialization practices and standards.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead material industrialization activities
Support and industrialize material projects by defining industrialization plans, managing technical risks, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with project scope, complexity, and business needs.
2. Drive technical problem-solving and plant support
Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing plants through problem-solving activities, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Collaborate and develop industrialization practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve industrialization methods, maintain material referentials, and contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and technical mentoring.
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Experience in industrialization, manufacturing, material engineering, process engineering, or project environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage technical topics and collaborate across functions
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
Business proficiency in Thai and English
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
Familiarity with risk analysis, industrialization methodologies, or quality planning approaches
Knowledge of PLM/PMU systems or industrialization tools
Experience in project coordination or technical support activities
