We are seeking a reliable and motivated Weekend Warehouse Associate to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer a condensed weekend schedule. You’ll work three 12-hour shifts each week, totaling 36 hours, with hours from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with procurement staff and operational personnel to execute and control materials flow, supporting manufacturing, research and development (R&D), and other key activities. Your contributions will help ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery of materials across departments.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain NetSuite ERP transactions (on both computer and handheld device) related to inventory control.

• Adhere to company policies and training matrix.

• Utilize hand-trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and box truck for movement of materials.

• Maintain adequate levels of departmental supplies.

• Keep workplace clear of unnecessary clutter.

• Clean work area at the end of each shift and dispose of trash and used packing materials

(boxes, bubble wrap, paper, etc.) from all Stockroom locations. Conduct all other scheduled, mandated cleaning according to company procedures.



Material Handling Technician I – Performs all the above functions as well as develops proficiency in at least one (1) functional subset below.

o Receiving Inbound Material (described below)

o Stockroom (described below)

o Shipping (described below)

o Manufacturing Support (described below)



Qualifications



Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum two years of related experience.

• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.

• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Basic math and recording abilities

• Excellent organizational skills

• Great communication and interpersonal abilities

• Keen eye for detail

• Other training and certifications as required for specific functional subset below.

• HazWoper Awareness certification
