The Load Controller must work accurately & quickly within the Warehouse Management System in order to keep a balanced flow of load packets, dock door management and maintain effective communication with all internal/external departments to meet the departure date and time for deliveries to customers This includes completing reports and preparing all paperwork neatly and accuratelyAssist Shipping Supervisor in any way needed to keep shipping moving smoothly without down time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEA high school diploma or GED is required Oneor more years’ experience in warehousing or distribution is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as safety files, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsMust be able to effectively communicate with the vendors, customers, production, and management personnel
