Your Role:

담당 직원은 창ê³ ì˜ 원활한 운영을 위해 ìž…ì¶œê³ ë° ìž¬ê³ ê´€ë¦¬ 현장지원과 ì°½ê³ ìš´ì˜ìš°ìˆ˜ì„± 업무를 수행한다. ì°½ê³ ëŒ€ì‹œë³´ë“œ 관리, ê°œì„ ì•„ì´ë””ì–´ 취합 및 실행, SOP 문서 관리 등을 통해 데이터 기반의 ì°½ê³ íš¨ìœ¨í™” 및 GMP/HSE ê·œì • 준수를 주도하는 ì—­í• ì„ 담당한다.

Your Responsibilities:

• ì°½ê³ ìž…ì¶œê³ Goods Receipt, Pick & Pack, Container Loading/Unloading 작업을 지원한다.

• ì°½ê³ ìš´ì˜ 지표 Warehouse Dashboard를 ì •ê¸°ì ìœ¼ë¡œ ì—…ë°ì´íŠ¸í•˜ê³ ë¶„ì„í•˜ì—¬, 물류 흐름의 병목 현상 및 ê°œì„ í¬ì¸íŠ¸ë¥¼ 도출한다.

• ì°½ê³ ë‚´ 낭비 요소를 ì œê±°í•˜ê¸° 위한 현장 ê°œì„ Kaizen 아이디어를 ì·¨í•©í•˜ê³ , 실행 계획 수립 및 Follow-up한다.

• SAP 시스템을 활용한 ìž¬ê³ íŠ¸ëžœìž­ì…˜ 관리를 ì§€ì›í•˜ê³ ì°½ê³ SOP 문서 관리를 담당한다.

• Quality, Production, Commercial 등 ìœ ê´€ 부서와 원활하게 커뮤니케이션하여 ì°½ê³ ìš´ì˜ì˜ 효율성을 높인다.

• ì°½ê³ ë‚´ 온습도 모니터링, 지게차 등 ì „ë™ 운송 설비의 ì•ˆì „í•œ 운행 및 ìœ ì§€ 관리를 수행한다.

• ìž…ì¶œê³ ë‹´ë‹¹ìž 부재 또는 업무 과중 시, 해당 업무를 Back-Up한다.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent; associate’s degree/certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Technology is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on warehouse operations (goods receipt, putaway, pick & pack, shipping/loading, cycle counts) using an ERP (preferably SAP WM/EWM) in a safety- and quality-driven environment.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Proficiency with SAP WM/EWM and basic reporting (Excel/Power BI) to maintain/update a warehouse dashboard and analyze bottlenecks.
• Lean/Kaizen and 5S experience; able to identify waste, run small improvements, and follow through on action plans.
• GDP/cGMP awareness and cold-chain handling know‑how (temperature/humidity monitoring, label/lot/FEFO discipline).
• Forklift/powered industrial truck certification; basic equipment upkeep and safe driving practices.
• Strong cross‑functional communication (Quality, Production, Commercial) and SOP documentation/maintenance experience.

Additional Information:

• Travel: 0–5% annually (training, cross‑site support as needed).
