This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will keep production moving smoothly by keeping our finishing equipment stocked and organized. The best part? We will train the right person! - Shift: 1st: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Schedule: Full-time (Overtime and occasional weekends required)

Key Responsibilities
- Material Setup: Read work orders, identify required materials, and feed or pile down products at the equipment.
- Production Prep: Jog products off the counter stacker and stack them neatly on skids for seamless departmental transfers.
- Tracking & Accuracy: Separate signatures, count/weigh materials, and record data on daily production sheets.
- Logistics & Security: Complete skid flags, pack slips, install strapping/bracing, and attach identifying tags to secure materials for transit.
- Equipment Operations: Stack materials into bundles, secure them with banding equipment, and occasionally operate automated machinery, industrial trucks, or hoists.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided!
- Skills: Basic warehouse layout knowledge, item code identification, and the ability to feed, stock, move, jog, and rotate production items.
- Tools: Experience using stock description forms and manual handling tools (dollies, carts, hand trucks, strapping tools).
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with industrial safety standards or bindery/production machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend/twist, and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally (10 lbs frequently) in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
