Forklift Driver (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Blaine, WA

Shift 4 on / 4 off – Nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)

Wage: $22.28–$25.54/hour + $1.50/hour night shift differential (6:00 PM–6:00 AM)

About the Role

At Nature’s Path Foods, our Forklift Drivers play a critical role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Driving Team and cross-functional partners to support daily production and warehouse activities. You may also help guide team members who are new to the role or department.

You’ll be accountable for the safe operation and care of assigned equipment, while ensuring all work aligns with safety, quality, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts in accordance with plant rules and safety regulations
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report any issues to the Leadership Team
• Ensure proper charging and care of forklift equipment
• Accurately complete and maintain all required paperwork, including pallets, slip sheets, WIP documentation, and finished goods labelling
• Verify that products meet quality standards set by Management and Quality Assurance
• Label, stage, and prepare finished goods for shipping
• Maintain detailed operator logs and complete clear handoffs with oncoming team members
• Participate in shift handover meetings, pre-shift meetings, and Lean initiatives
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements
• Support other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Shift Supervisor

What You Bring

• Minimum 6–12 months of forklift operating experience
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Comfortable working nights and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
