• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions)

• Distribute parts, materials, tools and ground support equipment with regard to aircraft delivery schedules. May assist in ordering parts if required (BAS only)
• Verify and reconcile appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing parts and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory (via cycle counts, perpetual, work-in-progress) using computerized / manual systems to include purchased parts, manufactured parts, materials, tools, etc.
• Assist in loading / unloading shipments
• Execute timely Aircraft-On-the-Ground (AOG) purchase orders and Repair Station Work Orders
• Ensure proper storage and packaging of all items for shipment per requirements (i.e., export compliance, hazmat shipping, parts protections and A/C schedule)
• Proper handling of Customer Owned Property (Green tag units – Commercial only)
• Typically a minimum of three (3) years experience in one of the following: Warehouse, Shipping / Receiving & Tool Crib
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, service orders/ methods
• Basic knowledge of AOG procedures
• Trained in Hazardous Materials Requirements
• Customer Service Experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Working knowledge of SAP (or Syteline for Commercial)
• Forklift Qualified
