How you will make an Impact:

• Ensure excellence in all Warehouse and Logistics administrative/operational processes and duties, including inventory accuracy, documentation management, materials flow, and materials expiration dates monitoring.

• Ensure that physical and digital documentation generated by the area is complete in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations, and that it complies with the standards of good documentation practices.

• Ensure the execution of the annual cycle count schedule, investigating on the root cause of inventory discrepancies found. Provide visibility to the Management about the cycle count accuracy metrics.

• Monitor the expiration dates of all materials stored in the different locations of the site and ensure the timely disposal of those that are close to expiring.

• Manage the arrival flow of material and/or supplies purchased locally, by assigning delivery appointments through deliveries calendar and coordinating pickup in advance with the requestors.

• Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and enter information into JDE, or other systems as required.

• Provide support to the operation as required.

• Other incidental duties: 6S maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, forklift operation, and operational support

What you will need (Required):

• Forklift certification

• 2 years experience in a warehouse environment

• Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English, and good communication skills

• Must be able to work in a team environment

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Secondary Education

• Experience with handling of chemicals

• Good computer skills and analytical skills

• Ability to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including JDE and other related system operation and updates
