Your Impact

We are looking for a Material Handler who will contribute to the success of the Supply Chain Team, applying their expertise in shipping and receiving to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement.

The Role

We are looking for a Material Handler to perform tasks such cycle counts, fulfilling customer orders, issuing materials from the stockroom, participating in physical inventory, pulling kits to fulfill work orders and shipping/receiving responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and exceptional material handling activities such as pulling kits, issuing materials, and actively providing support for material requests, receiving, returns, filling shortages, and customer pulls

  • Perform ongoing warehouse and stockroom maintenance through parts rotation, stocking, pre-bagging, and pre-packing of finished goods

  • Ensure material accuracy through cycle counts, identifying and reporting inventory errors, and following good inventory practices. Provides additional support through data entry and audits

  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure that customers’ quality and delivery expectations are met

  • Effectively work with internal customers and suppliers

  • Will operate forklift as needed (training provided)

  • Identify tasks and work towards their completion

  • Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety

Required Qualifications

  • One year of related experience in a manufacturing/shipping environment required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Customer orientation, a willingness to learn

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This is an “in-office” position 100% of the time. The schedule for this position is 7:30am – 4pm M-F

  • This role primarily operates in an warehouse/office environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time

  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $22.50 per hour

    • Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks. For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education. Our approach ensures fair pay internally while remaining competitive externally and allows room for growth.
