The Material Handler Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including material handling, inventory control, and jobsite material preparation to support concrete construction projects.
About the Job
This role supports field and project teams by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, stored, staged, and distributed. The Warehouse Worker plays a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while supporting concrete construction operations.
Education / Experience / Attributes / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One (1) or more years of warehouse, logistics, or construction-related experience preferred
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Commitment to company safety standards and procedures
Job-Specific Competencies / Behaviors
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies
Stage and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for jobsite delivery
Load and unload trucks using appropriate material-handling techniques
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory tracking
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines (when certified)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
