Want to get an early jump on your day?! Newco is a temperature controlled, clean working environment. We have a Material Handler position available working from 6:30am – 3pm! PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Load and unload product from containers to the designated area of the warehouse

· Complete necessary paperwork and process bill of lading

· Shrink wrap skids; identify carrier and skid count

· Stack skids to insure maximum shipping potential with minimum possible damage

· Places identification labels on full skid loads

· Identify and transport material to and from storage areas and into trucks

· Responsible for general housekeeping in the work area and ensure area of responsibility is kept in good status

· Maintain a good relations and open communication with management and fellow employees.

· Drive a forklift to move product around the warehouse (about 20% of time)

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be able to work in a physically demanding role.

· Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead, walk and stand for the entire shift.

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently

· Willingness to learn other jobs to serve as utility person

· Basic computer knowledge

· Previous forklift experience – preferred
