Material Handler Lead (Forklift) โ€“ 3rd Shift

At Kleen Test Products, we manufacture trusted disinfectants and household cleaning products used every day. Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to keep materials moving, support production efficiency, and guide a team of forklift operators on 3rd shift. Candidate must be readily available for an in-person / on-site interview.

๐Ÿšœ What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Material Handler Lead, youโ€™ll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly while leading from the floor.

  • Operate a sit-down electric forklift safely and efficiently
  • Lead and support forklift operators in supplying production lines
  • Coordinate material movement, inventory flow, and outbound shipments
  • Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet production demands
  • Provide real-time coaching, direction, and support to team members
  • Ensure accurate lot tracking for all materials and packaging
  • Use RF scanning technology (aScan system) for inventory management
  • Uphold safety, PPE, cGMP, and quality standards at all times
  • Communicate across teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency

โœ… Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading, training, or mentoring team members on the floor
  • Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism

  • Prior experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
