What You'll Do

  • Follow established workflows to determine the accurate handling of materials once received
  • Perform 100% inspection and verification on all RMAs
  • Reconcile EGM serial numbers upon receipt
  • Complete product picking tasks, including KanBan and GoBacks
  • Address and rectify issues; intensify lingering concerns
  • Conduct first-level research on all incoming discrepant RMAs
  • Operate scanners, WAV, forklift, and rider equipment
  • Advance second-level discrepant RMAs for resolution
  • Collaborate with Order Planning, Tech Services, and Business Operations to resolve issues
  • Conduct incoming inspections, troubleshoot issues, scrap materials, and determine final material disposition

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics, literacy, and data processing
  • Competence with standard hand tools and familiarity with electronic components
  • Ability to acquire forklift certification
  • Preferred experience with computer & electronics troubleshooting
  • Understanding of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques
  • Capability to work both independently and within a team
  • Awareness of ISO/Quality standards and attention to regulatory implications

Environmental Demands

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, the ability to distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds.
  • Employee must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable.
  • Must be able to comfortably maneuver around an office or production environment
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions, in and outdoors. Must have the manual dexterity to operate office data processing equipment/devices, computer systems, and operate material handling tools and equipment
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift
  • Must be able to pull or push parts/material on a pallet jack for extended distances
