Job Title: Material Handler / Helper
Location: NIP Jebel Ali, Dubai
We are looking for a dependable and physically fit Material Handler / Helper to support warehouse and logistics operations at our Jebel Ali facility. The ideal candidate will assist in the loading, unloading, and organization of materials, ensuring smooth flow and maintenance of inventory. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals willing to work hard, learn, and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
Stack, arrange, and store materials in designated warehouse areas.
Support activities such as packing, labeling, sorting, and inventory checking
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and work area.
Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and collaborate with team
membersImmediately report damaged, misplaced, or missing items
Ensure compliance with safety standards and always wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications & Skills:
No formal education required; a high school certificate is a plus.
No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment.
Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English or any commonly
spoken language.Personal Attributes:
Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials.
Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance.
Willingness to work hard and learn on the job.
Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.
Ability to work in hot, fast-paced warehouse environments
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Monthly Salary: AED 1,000 - AED 1,200
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Transportation: Company-provided transport to and from work
