Manufacture, assemble, and package products to meet customer demand while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Production Associate role is structured in progressive levels, with increasing expectations for independence, technical skill, problem-solving, and operational contribution.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following all safety rules, standard work, and plant regulations to prevent injury or damage to materials and equipment.
Upon training and qualification, perform a variety of production-related tasks including:
Responsibilities increase with level, with higher-level associates taking on greater ownership, independence, and expectations for peer support.
Plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and manufacturing conditions. Proper PPE is required (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel/composite toe footwear).

Our Johnstown plant in Central Ohio is located a mere 30 minutes from the capital of Ohio, Columbus, a major metropolitan area. Known for its quaint "small-town America" vibe, its proximity to Columbus, the 15th largest city in the US, provides the best of both worlds.
