At Teledyne Microwave Solutions, you will play an important role in supporting the production of advanced microwave and radio frequency technologies used across aerospace, defense, communications, space, and other high-performance industries. As a Material Handler, you will help ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately to support manufacturing operations and maintain the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Pull microchips and other sensitive materials for production kits using microscopes and precision tools.
  • Supply materials to manufacturing teams and fulfill production requests.
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records.
  • Receive, stock, package, and store raw materials and subassemblies.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory activities.
  • Replenish inventory and help resolve material shortages.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Process raw material orders and maintain inventory availability.
  • Support internal customers with timely and accurate material requests.
  • Follow inventory control and material handling procedures to prevent product damage.

What you need

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills - required
  • Ability to work accurately with fragile electronic components - required
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency - required
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system experience - required
  • Manufacturing experience (5+ years) - required
  • Stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience (1+ year) - required
  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work occasional overtime and Saturdays - required

Salary Range:

$39,000.00-$52,000.000
