ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Material Handler on temporal basis.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist in conducting Clear to Build analysis to help track assembly timelines, flagging potential material shortages or surpluses.
- Review stock levels regularly to ensure alignment with production needs. Monitor inventory trends to identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving materials.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Specialist to track and manage material transfers between HQ and our Mexico subsidiary.
- Participate in reconciling physical and system inventory. Investigate discrepancies, support corrective actions, and process inventory adjustments as needed.
- Conduct project-specific inventory reviews and make recommendations on material reallocation, disposal, or procurement to meet project objectives.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in supply chain, logistics, or related fields is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data and learning inventory management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt in a fast-paced environment
