Material Handler

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the manufacturing process at the Philips Ontario site.

Your role:

• Assists group leads in preparing the line for production; will ensure the correct components have been issued for the work order based on the bill of materials.

• Keep the line supplied with components and remove waste from the line as needed.

• This role will cover 3rd shift hours from 10pm-6:30am

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience with material handling perfered.

• Your skills include 1+ years of experience using barcode scanners, manual and electric pallet jack and stackers, electric strappers and stretch wrap machines prefered.

• You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in California is $19.00 to $29.00 per hour. plus overtime eligible and 3rd shift pay differential.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
