Material Handler

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Material Handler at MKS greenfield organization, you will be responsible for receiving, warehouse, issuing, packing, shipment order fulfilment operations of a Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW), ensuring smooth logistics operations.

You Will Make an Impact by:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, components, and consumables before transfer to storage. Carry out receiving, put away, picking and issuance process according to SOP's. Issue and deliver materials to production lines according to the Production Work Order (WO) schedule. Ensure FIFO system is strictly followed for all materials. Prepare and kit materials for daily production and update systems with accurate material movements. Conduct cycle counts and participates in daily /monthly/quarterly inventory audits. Report discrepancies, shortages, or potential stock-outs to Supervisor/Planner. Ensure all material records, labels, and traceability requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and properly segregated storage areas Handle materials with proper documentation such as GRN, batch/lot tracking, and CoC. Follow company EHS, 5S, and safety procedures when handling materials, chemicals, or heavy loads. Perform basic checks and preventive care on warehouse equipment. Packing and palletizing of goods from production to support shipment. To perform any other duties as instructed by Supervisor/Team Leader.

Skills You Bring:

Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related experience minimum 1-3 years' experience in a LMW environment.

Personnel with following traits such as mature mindset, has initiative, self-motivated, responsible, works with integrity and sense of urgency with minimum supervision are encouraged to apply.

A team player with a positive attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask to resolve issues efficiently and work well under pressure.

Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination, able to lift goods (around 25kgs) and perform activities such as sitting and standing for extended periods of time.

Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

Ability to operate computer and other warehouse machinery eg. pallet jacks, power pallet truck, reach truck and forklifts would be a plus point.
