Responsibilities

We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for a Material Handler to join our team in Florence, AL. This role will involve loading and unloading trucks and inventory control. The successful candidate will be capable of working within a team environment, detail oriented, and individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives. This position is a full-time permanent role with a competitive benefits package in a clean and safe working environment.

• Transport products to the warehouse and store them in the proper location.
• Loading and unloading products from trailers.
• Verify that the material offloaded and loaded is correct.
• Ensure that product is properly labeled with accurate item numbers and descriptions.
• Move and package finished goods.
• Maintain inventory control of parts in a secured parts room.
• Perform routine post and pre-inspections to ensure the suitable working nature of the forklift.
• Follow work guidelines and adhere to all company policies.
• Work responsibly in a safe manner following all safe operating procedures and posting requirements.
• Complete any additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or GED required.
• Forklift experience is highly preferred. The position requires the ability to receive forklift certification and maintain no damage to equipment or property.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Keen sense of urgency and time management skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in extreme temperatures.
• Works well within a high-pressure team environment.
• Ability to read and write in English, with the ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.
