Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

As the Material Handler-Shipping/Receiving Support, you will be responsible for the stable flow of required materials to the production floor, accurate management of parts/materials in the warehouse, finished goods put-away for stock and support to shipping/receiving team as needed.

· Locate and pull material for set up of scheduled jobs as directed by the Lead Operators

· Review job cards prior to pulling and notify Leads or Production Planner of any discrepancies

· Return materials to proper warehouse location after job completion

· Keep materials organized and in proper warehouse locations

· Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner

· Cross trained in Shipping & Receiving to provide coverage for heavy workload

Requirements

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:

Experience: 1 to 2 years related experience, Forklift certification (ride on and stand up reach truck)

Education: HS Diploma

Skills: Ability to manage priorities and workflow, basic math skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency working in a computer supported environment.

Characteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results

Pay Range: $20-22/hour

Shift: 8:30a - 5:00p
