The Material Handler will be responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials, supplies, and finished products within the facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Your Impact

  • Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials and products
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Support production and warehouse teams by ensuring materials are readily available
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols at all times

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Comfortable using computers and various programs

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $18.00-$21.00/hr, based on experience.

Your Workplace

You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.

This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may vary. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
