We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility Rocky Mount NC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure Safety By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote Health Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures that health and safety standards are upheld.
• Maintain Quality Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures helps minimize costs and quality exposures.
• Achieve Production Goals Operating manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations.
• Support Teamwork Communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow.
• Environmental Responsibility Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment.
• Continuous Improvement Engaging in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance Keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Required Skills, Education, or Experience (2–4)

• Ability to safely operate or be trained to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Basic computer or system transaction skills (training provided).
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Required) (1–2)

• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience.
• Previous forklift certification or experience in a high-volume production environment.
