Job Description

With the need service support coordinate and operate the import, export and inventory control through the Vietnam border and port. Such as customs formalities, shipbuilding officers, customer service officers, shipping officers and production coordinator staff until delivery to Facility and forward to user at customer in the time include backload back to facility.

A key accountability of you as a Material Coordinator is to meet the targets set for you in Management Participation and demonstrate your commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

  • Asset and Inventory control

  1. Physically check

  2. Rearrange warehouse housekeeping & 5S & Quality concern

  3. Count control

  4. Receiving part physically check and document support

  5. Delivering parts preparation and Document support
     5.1 To R&M
     5.2 Redeployment
     5.3 Deliver to customer.
  6. Dispatched.

  7. Coordinate with A&I to receive in JDE at SKL Team via e-mail. Addition to be Good receipt transaction and issue out work order.

  • Logistic

  1. Verify shipment to Client

  2. Coordinate with PL for description in VN translation and PIC attached.

  3. Prepare Letter shipment to client approve.

  • Delivery

  1. Physically check material loadout

  2. Physical check material vessel backload

  3. Meeting for Material partner.

  4. Coordinate vessel schedule to PL

  5. Submit COIL in KABAU system

  6. Submit certificate to client inspector (2-day advance)

  7. Organize Material handling equipment (Truck/Forklift/crane)

  8. Decaration export material Submit Export document to client jetty

  9. Decaretion material to INSPECTION Jetty inspector before load

  10. Coordinate PL Scant DT signed Sent to Project coordinator

  • Other

  1. Cargo movement (receive, dispatch, check) IN-OUT at Bonded warehouse

  2. Inventory update to cross check with customer Bonded warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years operational experience plus 3-5 years coordinator experience

  • Logistic or other related Equivalent

  • Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to use diplomatic skills in dealing with company and outside customer personnel

  • Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers

  • Being knowledgeable of Import of petroleum experts, specialists, and equipment, materials, and supplies under Vietnam investor promotion program

  • A person who has knowledge and understanding of customs procedures for importing and exporting via Ranong port

  • The service provider being knowledge about the process of loading and unloading goods at the port and free zone in Ranong

  • Must have the ability to coordinate with both internal and external departments and government agencies to achieve the objectives of the work

  • Able to use computers effectively such as Microsoft Office and other ready-made programs

  • Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level
