Your Impact

Leonardo UK is seeking an organised and proactive Outbound Logistics Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations in Luton. In this role, you will manage all outbound deliveries to Customers and Suppliers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on time performance. Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Customer Support teams, you will use SAP to control all outbound logistics activities and maintain high operational standards
Ensure that the products produced by Leonardo arrive on time, safely at the destination it is required for.

What you will do in the role:

• Manage Customer delivery plans to make deliveries are commenced in time to ensure goods arrived at Customer/Supplier destinations on time

• Manage outbound deliveries through to completion and goods issue transactions in SAP

• Coordinate daily shipments, transport bookings and shipping documentation

• Ensure compliance with customer, quality, HSE and export requirements

• Maintain accurate records to support audit, traceability and regulatory needs

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners

What you'll bring:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or a manufacturing environment

• Strong working knowledge of SAP

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise workloads and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
