Estimated annual base pay: $54,000(minimum) - $70,000(midpoint) - $86,000(maximum)
The Material Control Specialist supports the buying team by managing day-to-day supplier and order tracking activities. This role is responsible for running open order reports, updating supplier commit dates, tracking future deliveries, and maintaining accurate delivery information in reports. The Material Control Specialist works with suppliers to obtain purchase order acknowledgements, monitors move-in messages, and escalates shortages, delays, or other supply issues to the buyer as needed. This position helps ensure timely communication, accurate order status, and smooth material flow through close coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
