Propak Systems Ltd, an established leader in engineering, fabrication and construction of gas compression, processing and Heavy Oil facilities, is currently seeking a Material Control Administrator Working primarily within the Warehouse Department and providing secondary support to Operations. The Material Control Administrator will report to the Warehouse Manager where specific work instructions will be provided. Hours are 6am to 4:30pm either M-T or T-F.
The Material Control Administrator will be responsible for the processing and documentation of all material transactions and management of inventory material. The role will include cycle counts, Material Return Authorization (MRA) and Return to Inventory (RTI) / Material Scrap Authorization (MSA) maintenance and documentation, material allocation and transfers and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Basic inventory allocation.
▪ Processing, documentation and maintenance of MSA and RTI forms.
▪ Perform biweekly cycle counts and investigate all variances.
▪ Perform and understand basic levels of correspondence regarding material matters.
Qualifications:
▪ Completion of a high school diploma; post-secondary business courses considered an asset.
▪ A minimum of 6 months working in an office environment with a willingness to work within a
warehouse environment.
▪ Intermediate level competencies in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong proficiency using
spreadsheets.
▪ General knowledge of office equipment, i.e., fax, copiers, scanners.
▪ Experience with Visual Enterprise Database considered an asset.
▪ Ability to be well-organized, strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management
capabilities.
▪ Strong problem solving abilities.
