Material Compounder - 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities

Parallel Employment is urgently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Material Compounders for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and blending raw materials to support production processes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:15pm PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM

Compensation:

• $19.00 per hour + shift differential.
• Employees will also receive a weekly paid attendance bonus up to $20.00 per week

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix raw materials according to standardized formulas.
• Operate compounding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record batch information accurately and maintain documentation.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety and company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in compounding or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently.
