Join the adventure! We’re looking for a Material & Color Coordinator who loves precision, structure, and bringing order to the beautiful chaos of product creation. This is the role for someone who gets excited about nailing the right shade, keeping things perfectly organized, and making sure the details are as sharp behind the scenes as they are in the final product.
About the Role
At RevolutionRace, materials and colors are never “just details.” They’re a big part of what makes our products feel right, look right, and stand out in the wild. You won’t set the strategy – but you’ll be a key part of making sure it all comes to life, correctly, clearly, and beautifully.
Tasks & Key responsibilities:
Color & Approval Flow
Keep the lab dip and strike off process moving from order to approval
Make sure colors, prints, and finishes meet the right standards before they go any further
Stay in close dialogue with suppliers and make sure feedback and corrections land the way they should
Material Library & Structur
Keep our physical and digital material library updated, structured, and easy to use
Make sure materials, colors, and approvals are documented correctly and easy to trace
Help create a clear overview of what we use, what’s approved, and how materials and colors have been used over time
Support & Coordination
Support Material Lead, Design, and other teams with the right material and color references
Bring structure, clarity, and consistency into both systems and samples
Contribute to smarter ways of working with materials, colors, and documentation
Who are you?
This role is for someone who:
Has a seriously sharp eye for color and spots the differences others miss
Loves structure, details, and keeping things in perfect order
Is proactive, reliable, and likes making sure things move forward without dropping the ball
Communicates clearly with both suppliers and internal teams
Enjoys being the person who creates clarity and makes everyone else’s job easier
Likes improving how things are done, not just maintaining them
Qualifications & Experience
Proven strong color vision – passing the Farnsworth-Munsell test is obligatory in the recruitment process
Experience from product development in a textile environment
Understanding of lab dip and strike off processes
Experience working with structured documentation and library management, physical and/or digital
Strong system skills and ability to keep data accurate, complete, and updated
Fluent in English, written and spoken
It’s a plus if you have
Experience working in a PLM system
A thing for building structure, improving workflows, and making good systems even better
