Job Description

Nokia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Materials Planner Buyer to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the flow of materials and products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and managing supplier relationships to support our global operations.

  • Inventory & Supply Continuity: Optimize inventory levels, resolve supply disruptions, and ensure material availability.
  • Supplier Management: Execute purchasing activities and support supplier performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Operations Planning: Coordinate global material flows, analyze forecasts and schedules, and monitor key logistics KPIs.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to trade regulations and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and warehousing processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in logistics planning, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within a global manufacturing or technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of logistics principles, international trade, and customs regulations.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese
