Job Description

The Issuer / Receiver is responsible for ensuring all batches are created and issued using the correct router, routing steps and materials. The position is also responsible for sorting, binning and receiving those batches into stock upon manufacturing completion.

• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for effectively communicating daily with Planners, Production Supervisor’s, Leads and Management
• Responsible for issuing batches in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible to coordinate router changes, inaccuracies and correction to Engineering and Item configuration for correction.
• Sort and repack plates as needed.
• Responsible for ensuring that all material routers are received accurately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and procedures (strongly preferred).
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software (preferred).
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.
• Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylum.

• Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
