Develop, implement and promote improvement proposals for each area of materials handling (receipt, storage and supply line) to streamline the supply of materials for daily production through kaizen's. Monitor scorecard indicators and take the necessary measures to ensure compliance. Oversee requisitions and projects of material handling area that support the operation of the department. Plan, develop and implement strategies with MHE that allow the plant to go ahead in material handling corporate. Coordinate activities of each launch or deployment to ensure no affect to the production and lessen the impact on operations material handling.
