The Material Area Supervisor Windsor Assembly Plant will be responsible for managing and directing multiple work teams in a fast paced, high volume unionized manufacturing facility.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities to achieve business metrics, ensuring parts are sequenced and delivered within plant footprint area of responsibility, and implementing SIS and lean manufacturing tools and processes as it relates to material flow.
Responsibilities of the Material Area Supervisor Windsor Assembly Plant will include creating and developing highly functioning teams, making tough calls, and acting quickly and decisively while holding themselves and others accountable.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 per year.
