
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is seeking an experienced Mata Awhinuku - Faculty Operations Manager to join Te Wāhanga Aronui - Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS) on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Amo Aronui - Dean, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the Faculty’s success. As a trusted strategic partner, you will support the Faculty to achieve its goals through efficient and effective operational and financial management.
This is a highly influential role where no two days are the same. You will oversee the Faculty’s budget and operational performance, provide high-quality financial and operational advice, review and streamline processes, and work closely with the Dean and senior leaders to support the delivery of the Faculty’s operational and strategic priorities.
