We are recruiting a qualified, friendly and motivating Female Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor to join an established boutique women’s fitness studio in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, engaging and effective Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations and cueing throughout each session.
• Modify exercises according to clients’ abilities, injuries and physical limitations.
• Educate clients on body awareness, core engagement, movement technique and postural alignment.
• Develop personalised Pilates programmes when required.
• Conduct client assessments and monitor progress.
• Provide individual attention while maintaining a positive group-class environment.
• Ensure Pilates equipment is used safely and maintained correctly.
• Create a welcoming, motivating and professional atmosphere.
• Uphold all studio health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
• Stay current with Pilates techniques, industry trends and continuing education.
• Represent the studio’s commitment to empowering women through fitness and wellness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recognised Mat and Reformer Pilates certification from BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT or a similar provider.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching group and private Pilates sessions.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Friendly, professional, energetic and confident when leading classes.
• Passionate about women’s health, wellness and community engagement.
• Able to adapt sessions safely for different abilities, injuries and limitations.

The Package:

• Tax-free monthly salary of up to SAR 12,000 (approximately USD 3,200).
• 25% commission on private training sessions.
• Staff accommodation provided or a monthly accommodation allowance of SAR 2,500.
• Paid annual leave.
