A day in the life:

As a MAT Leader, you’ll ignite brand momentum by driving hands-on trial of Monster Energy products and delivering high-impact sampling experiences that fuel consumer engagement. You’ll power Sales initiatives through dynamic event activation, generate qualified leads for the Sales Division, and build lasting relationships with key accounts. By staying locked in on market trends and insights, you’ll expand our reach, influence decision-makers, and grow a powerful network that keeps Monster at the center of the action.

The impact you’ll make:

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Monster Ambassadors, providing direction and coaching to ensure brand consistency.
• Supervise local market operations, including equipment maintenance and asset management.
• Execute regional strategies, manage goals, build partner relationships, and generate sales leads.
• Identify target demographics and organizations for partnership opportunities.
• Maintain inventory control for promotions and events.
• Manage all event logistics, including scheduling, personnel, and permits.
• Create local event schedules and assign team members.
• Provide feedback on market successes feedback. Adhere to deadlines for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and recapping data for the region.

Who you are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or similar field of study.
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional
• Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Ability to match your field team to best represent your market. Planning skills for managing team member' time and obtaining results
