Job Description

Lead a team of development professionals to meet the following responsibilities

• Lead MasterTechwebcourses to Stellantis' 2,400+ North American dealerships
• Support the development and deployment of MasterTech growth into international markets
• Integrate MasterTech App with various service technologies to enhance user experience
• Manage yearly technical training deployments to the Learning Management System
• Manage vendor relationships forMasterTechcontent, MasterTechApp and course translation for supported markets
• Develop business cases for funding and growing key initiatives
• Manage the continued development of technical training aids such as bench trainers and in-class fault setting technologies
• Research technical content of new products through use of existing publications, engineering specifications, engineering drawings, and other information resources

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of automotive technical training experience, or equivalent
• Strong learning methodology, assessment, and project management leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism, self-directed and motivated
